  • 2–3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3–4 Tbsp avocado or vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef filling. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions 2–3 minutes until softened, then add beef and cook 4–5 minutes until browned.
